Our Best Solution

The Employee Engagement Portal was developed by a team of five individuals (three developers, one Scrum Master, and one Project Manager) from a pool of over a dozen individuals. The Web application was built using C# programming language and we used ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Web API, .NET Framework and REST APIs. For hosting the application we used Azure server and CrashLytics for crash reporting and MSTest for unit test. MS SQL Server was used to design the database.

  • The event management feature helped with creating, scheduling, inviting participants and awarding winners of numerous events.
  • The survey tab also helped employees share their opinion on both workplace issues and the working environment.
  • An employee mood indicator helped management understands the employees’ mood simultaneously.
  • Employees could apply for and refer other employees for work within the organization, through internal job applications and references.

Technologies we used to do this.

C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server (.NET Framework)

Our Hardwork Mounted & this Is How It Paid Off!

So why your company requires an Employee Engagement Portal?

A great point where an Employee Engagement portal can come into play in an organization’s strategy is around attraction and retention in terms of pulling in top talent and having them be engaged as employees and also helping create a culture of engagement and performance. An Employee Engagement Portal is pertinent now and in the future too. Right now, in this present, where most organizations are Hybrid OR Remote, an Employee Engagement portal offers you a central Communication, Collaboration and Recognition platform. Sometimes it can also help employees to stay connected to company culture and values.

As the workforce increasingly becomes distributed and more diverse, in the future the Employee Engagement portal will become an important tool to help reinforce that sense of community among employees. But it can also help companies manage their talent better, enable innovation, help with employee development and growth.
